Titled acres 139, all cultivated, can be farmed from corner to corner.  SCIC soil class is B, flat and stone free, 100% cultivated.

Lease Terms:
1, Bid is the rental per acre per year. Annual rent will be winning bid times 139 acres (not actual seedable acres). It is bidders' responsivity to find out how many acres that are seedable before they bid.
2,  Lease will start  from April 10th of 2024 .
3, 3 year lease.
4, full yearly rent payment is due on or before May 1st of each year.
5, Winning bidder will not necessarily be accepted as tenant, Subject to review & approval of Winning Bidder's Renter Profile. Bidder selection process will follow the close of the auction.
6, Cultivated acre is as per SAMA sheets. It is bidder's responsibility to  find out the number of acres that are seedable.
7, this land may be developed during the lease term. In case this land is to be developed during the lease, landlord has the right to terminate the lease or reduce the leased acres. Landlord has to give this notice to tenant on or before April 10th of the year to terminate lease or reduce lease acre for that year.
