Simple, Fair Commission
ExtrAcre charges a flat 4% commission on the total rent collected over the full lease term. That is all. No listing fees, no setup costs, no hidden charges.
The commission is paid incrementally — for each rent payment you receive from your tenant, you remit 4% to ExtrAcre within one month. You never pay before you get paid.
