RENTAL AUCTION EVENT CLOSING NOV 14TH

By bidding, you agree to ExtrAcre's Terms & Conditions. Where this listing states specific terms, the listing prevails.

Bids are irrevocable. Bids cannot be changed or removed once submitted. Review the lot description and your amount before bidding. High bidders may lower their Maximum Bid down to the current price only.

Extended bidding (Soft Close) is in effect. Any bid placed within the auto-extend window extends the close by the posted increment until bidding stops. Refresh your page in the final minutes for the current timer.

Proxy bidding. The system bids for you up to your confidential maximum, in posted increments.

Reserve. This lot may be subject to an undisclosed reserve. If the reserve is not met, the Owner is under no obligation to lease.

Tenant selection. The winning bidder will not necessarily be selected as tenant. Selection is subject to review and approval of the bidder's Renter Profile.

Auctioneer's rights. ExtrAcre reserves the right to withdraw or amend any lot, extend or cancel any auction, and resolve any bidding dispute or technical issue at its sole discretion. Its decision is final.
