Lease Terms:

1. Bid is the rental rate per acre per year. Annual rent = winning bid × 159 acres, regardless of the number of acres that can be seeded. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine how many acres can be seeded and are suitable for grain production.
2. The lease starts on Jan 1st , 2027.
3. 3 to 5 year term, at the successful or selected bidder's choice.
4. Two payments per year: 50% plus GST due on April 1st , balance plus GST due on Oct 1st.
