More info about this RTM Home:

More info : Hi Robin...I built that home by myself..it was built extra strong ..It was intended to be moved, but never happened. I built it with double headers all the way around for easier jacking and moving. Also the 2 bedrooms were built in approximately 2010 and attached with a hallway so it could be easily detached to move the home...Both homes had all exterior windows and doors replaced in 2021 at a cost of over $40,000.00...Roof was built strong with rafters on 16" centers and sheeted with 7/16 strand board.. Initially had asphalt shingles and then metal in about 2009. Walls are insulated with R-20 and ceiling R-40 plus blew in extra in attic. Walls are 2x6 with 16" centers. Floor joists are 2x10 on 16" centers and sheeted with 5/8" tongue and groove. Also replaced interior doors and new kitchen sink and counter top in 2024 and Deck was built in 2020.

Natural gas was installed at other home first and then to mine... Only one meter at the first home so my house should be easily disconnected. Main water system is in other home first and then two 1" lines were trenched to mine...Also there might be a main water line in my house coming directly from the well...It would be capped and care taken not to damage it when closing in the basement....Also both homes shared the same sewer pump out, so when my pump is removed, the line needs to be capped and not damaged when closing in the basement...
