2, Lease will start from Jan 1st of 2025 .
3, 3 to 5 year lease, selected bidder's choice.
4, Two Payments per year. 50% on April 1st , and balance Oct 15th. Depending on who will be chose to sign lease agreement, If landlord is not comfortable with tenant's renter profile or landlord is not in good faith that the tenant will pay rent on time, landlord would require that full yearly rent to be paid on or before January 1st, and landlord will have right to terminate the lease agreement if full year rent is not paid on or before Jan 15th (in two weeks of rent due date).
5, Winning bidder will not necessarily be accepted as tenant, Subject to review & approval of Winning Bidder's Renter Profile. Bidder selection process will follow the close of the auction.
6, Cultivated acre is as per SAMA sheets. It is bidder's responsibility to find out the number of acres that are suitable for grain production.
