Lease Terms and Conditions:
1. Bid is the rental rate per acre per year. Annual rent = winning bid × 1245 acres, regardless of the number of acres that can be seeded. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine how many acres can be seeded and are suitable for grain production.
2. The lease starts on Jan 1, 2027.
3. 3 to 5 year term, at the successful or selected bidder's choice.
4. Two payments per year: 50% plus GST due on Jan 15th , balance plus GST due on Oct 15th.
5. The winning bidder will not necessarily be selected as tenant. Selection is subject to review and approval of the bidder's Renter Profile.
6. The use of 16 grain bins are included in the rent.
