Lease Terms and Conditions:
1, Bid is the rental per acre per year. Annual rent will be winning bid times 155 acres, regardless of the number of acres that can be seeded.  It is bidder's responsibility to find out how many acres that can be seeded and suitable for grain production. 
2,  Lease will start  from Jan 1st of 2026 .
3, 3 to 5 year term, successful bidder or selected  bidder's choice.
4, Two Payments per year. 50% in April, and balance in Nov.
5, Winning bidder will not necessarily be selected as tenant. Subject to review & approval of successful Bidder's Renter Profile.
