2, Lease will start from Jan 1st of 2026 .
3, 4 year lease.
4, Two Payments per year. 50% in April, and balance in Nov.
5, Winning bidder will not necessarily be accepted as tenant, Subject to review & approval of Winning Bidder's Renter Profile. Bidder selection process will follow the close of the auction.
6, It is bidder's responsibility to find out the number of acres that are suitable for grain production.
7, 3 metal grain bins on the land will be included in the lease.
