RENTAL AUCTION EVENT CLOSING NOV 16TH (Active #422258)

SE 18-10-21 W2,  assessment $131600, Soil class K, 133 cultivated acres as per SAMA.
Currently is in hay. The grass needs to be re seeded.
Tenant has two options to use the land:
1, break up the land, seed new tame grass in 2025 and cut and bale hay, or
2, break up the land, seed to grain in spring of 2025, and grain farm it.

Lease Terms:
1, Bid is the rental per acre per year. Annual rent will be winning bid times 133 acres (not actual seedable acres). It is bidder's responsivity to find out how many acres that are suitable for cropping before they bid.
2, tenant shall break up the land and seed to tame grass in spring of 2025, or seed to grain and gain farm it.
3,  Lease will start  from Jan 1st of 2025 .
4, 5 to 8 year lease, selected bidder's choice.
5,  Full year rent shall be paid on or before Jan 15th. If rent payment is late by 1 month or longer,  the lease will be terminated, and landlord can lease this land to other farmer.
6, Winning bidder will not necessarily be accepted as tenant, Subject to review & approval of Winning Bidder's Renter Profile. Bidder selection process will follow the close of the auction.
7, Cultivated acre is as per SAMA sheets. It is bidder's responsibility to  find out the number of acres that are suitable for cropping.
