2, Buyer to verify with RM of Emerald No277 regarding  zoning bylaw and permitted uses.
3,  Buyer to verify with RM of Emerald No277, Saskpowner and Saskenergy regarding utility services to the land.
4, See the last two photos for the two buildings that have enforcement order on. The RM of Emerald No277 has placed an enforcement order that these two buildings are to be demolished and  the material to be removed.  Winning bidder has to buy and take the responsibility of this order.

IF You become the winning bidder:
1, You must make $2,000 deposit to seller's lawyer within 24 hours. 
2, Seller's lawyer will provide buyer with Contract of Purchase and Sale which shall be signed within 3 business days.
3, Closing shall be within 20 days of the signed Contract of Purchase and Sale.

A: the large main building was used as bar and hotel. I have no photos, no further info. Please bid based on buildings having no value

A: no tax owed. if there is any, seller will clear it before closing.

A: RM has given extension to June 1st. you have to demolish them before June 1st, or appeal , or request for extension.
