Land was seeded in 2020, half wheat and half canola, and was seeded in 2021, half canola and half wheat.
Land was not seed in 2022 spring. The land owner will clean up the land before spring of 2023 (swath the weeds and burn the swath).
6 grain bins will be included in the rent. Two bins are on NE 24-20-6 W2, two on NW 09-21-05-2 and two on NE 08-21-05-2.
Selected bidder will have option to rent 7 more grain bins for additional rent (located on NE 04-21-05-2).
Lease Terms and Conditions:

3, Bid is the rental per acre per year. Annual rent will be winning bid times 1341 acres..
4, Lease will start from Jan 1st of 2023 .
5, 3 to 5 year term, selected bidder's choice.
6, Two Payments per year. 50% in April, and balance in Nov.
