Lease Terms and Conditions:

1,  10 small metal flat bottom grain bins are included in the rent. 
2,  the workshop on SW 25-22-3 W2  is included in the rent.
3, Bid is the rental per acre per year. Annual rent will be winning bid times 2586 acres.
4,  Lease will start  from Jan 1st of 2023 .
5, 3 to 5 year term, selected bidder's choice.
6, Two Payments per year. 50% in April, and balance in Nov.
