Lease  for NW 34-22-7 W2 is 4 years from May 1st of 2022. Yearly rent for this quarter will be winning bid times 135 acres. 50% rent due in April  and 50% due in Nov.

Bidding will close at 7 PM,  Saturday, April 30th of 2022.
