Description

5 Quarters, in a block, located in RM of Dufferin #190. 796 Acres, as per Sama, J and K soil, 736 cultivated acres.  Has beeb grain farmed prior to 2016, so it is good for organic grain production. Approximately 730 acres were seeded back to Alfalfa Crested Wheat Grass for hay production.  Average assessment per quarter is $172,060.  Average cultivated acres per quarter is 147.2.

Auction Terms:

1, Tenant has to farm it for grain production.  Lease will start Nov 1 of 2022. Tenant can break up the land starting from Nov 1 of 2022.

2  Five year term,  50% rent due in April, balance in Nov. First payment will be April of 2023.

3, Bid is the rent per acre per year. Annual rent will be winning bid times 736 cultivated acres. 

4, Winning bidder will not necessarily be accepted as tenant. Subject to review & approval of Winning Bidder's Renter Profile.

5,  ExtrAcre Lease & Rental is conducting rental auction for the Purchaser of this land. The lease agreement to be signed with the selected bidder will be made conditional to the Purchase taking ownership of the land.
