Do you sell farmland by auction too?
No, we do not do farmland sales by auction. Our real estate agent team Qing Zhang is a licensed Realtor, and she does farmland sales by listing farmland to MLS.
What is your Farm Listing Process？
- We provide you with Free RentalAppraisal of your farm land.
- Sign a brokerage agreement of your farmland.
- We advertise your land for rent We handle offers and present offers to you.
- We handle the closing of the sale of your land.
Can you do a rental auction for the farmland I am buying?
Yes, We can. Once your offer is accepted conditional to finding a tenant and leasing out the land for a certain amount, we can conduct a rental auction for you. After the auction closes, if the winning bid is greater than it is required to meet minimum return to your investment, you can remove your condition and sign a lease agreement with the winning bidder. If you do not want to remove the condition, you do not have to sign a lease agreement with any bidder. By this approach, you can acquire farmland with guaranteed rent return on your investment.
