Lease Terms:

1, Bid is the rental per acre per year. Annual rent will be winning bid times 1272, regardless of the number of acres that can be seeded. It is bidder's responsibility to verify the number of acres that is suitable for grain production.
2,  Lease will start  from Jan 1st of 2026 .
3, 3 to 5 year lease, selected bidder's choice.
4, Two Payments per year. 50% in April, and balance in Nov.
5, Successful bidder will not necessarily be accepted as tenant, Subject to review & approval of Successful Bidder's Renter Profile. Bidder selection process will follow the close of the auction.
6, Approximately 100 acre of native grass will be include in the lease at no rent. Tenant can sublet this 100 acre pasture.
