Lease Terms:
1, Bid is the rental per acre per year. Annual rent will be winning bid times 1750acres(not actual seeded acres). It is bidder's responsibility to find out the number of the acres that is suitable for grain production.
2, Lease will start from Jan 1st of 2026 .
3, 3 to 5 year lease, selected bidder's choice.
4, Two Payments per year. 50% on April 1st , and balance on Oct 4th.
5, Winning bidder will not necessarily be accepted as tenant, Subject to review & approval of Winning Bidder's Renter Profile. Bidder selection process will follow the close of the auction.
6, 1750acres Cultivated acre is as per SCIC. It is bidder's responsibility to find out the number of acres that are suitable for grain production.
