Lease Terms:
1, Bid is the rental per acre per year. Annual rent will be winning bid times 879 acres (not actual seedable acres). It is bidder's responsivity to find out how many acres that are suitable for grain production before they bid.
2, Lease will start from Jan 1st of 2025 .
3, 3 to 5 year lease, selected bidder's choice.
4, Two rent payments per year. 50% in April, and balance in Nov.
