Lease Terms:
1, Bid is the rental per acre per year. Annual rent will be winning bid times 1507 acres (not actual seedable acres). It is bidder's responsivity to find out how many acres that are suitable for grain production before they bid.
2, Lease will start from Jan 1st of 2025 .
3, 3 to 5 year lease, selected bidder's choice.
4, Two Payments per year. 50% in April, and balance in Nov.
5, Winning bidder will not necessarily be accepted as tenant, Subject to review & approval of Winning Bidder's Renter Profile. Bidder selection process will follow the close of the auction.
6, Cultivated acre is as per SAMA sheets. It is bidder's responsibility to find out the number of acres that are suitable for grain production.
7, Winning bidder (or selected bidder) will have option to rent full section 18-15-28 W3 (510 cultivated acres) at the winning bid of this auction, starting from Jan 1st of 2026.

9, ExtrAcre Farmland Inc is conducting lease auction on behalf of the purchaser under a Contract of Purchase and Sale of the above land. After closing of the auction, the lease agreement to be signed will be conditional to the Contract of Purchase and Sale being closed and the land titles being transferred to the purchaser on or before Oct 15th of 2024.
